  • 1) How can I rent an apartment?
  • Call us or send us a request by contact form and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. You are also welcome to visit the desired apartment.

  • 2) How are the MyLounge apartments equipped?
  • All MyLounge apartments are fully furnished, extensively equipped and air-conditioned. For a comfortable stay you have at your apartment: Queen-size box-spring bed, sofa, flat-screen satellite TV, WIFI, fitted kitchen including dishwasher, refrigerator with large freezer compartment, microwave, etc., bathroom with rain shower and washing machine, and much more. All equipment can be found on our homepage in the individual apartment categories.


  • 3) What is included in the all-inclusive usage fee?
  • The flat rate usage fee is a monthly flat rate including VAT for one person and includes, in addition to the usage fee of the furnished apartment, the general operating costs and all ancillary costs such as heating, electricity, air conditioning, WiFi, SmartTV.

    For each additional person there is an additional charge of EUR 90,- / month.

  • 4) When is the usage fee to be paid?
  • The monthly usage fee is due in advance on the 1st of the respective month and is to be transferred to the announced account in EURO.

  • 5) How long can I stay?
  • At MyLounge short-stay from 3 to 6 months and long-stay from 7 months to 3 years is possible.

  • 6) How much is the deposit and when is it to be paid?
  • For short-stay a deposit of EUR 1.200,- has to be paid.

    For Long-Stay a deposit of EUR 2.200,- has to be paid.

    Half of the deposit has to be paid within 14 days after the conclusion of the contract. The remaining deposit has to be paid before the first occupancy. It is not possible to move in before paying the deposit. The deposit serves as security for all claims arising from the contract of use and will be refunded to the tenant in case of non-utilization after termination of the contract.


  • 7) Is there a booking fee and/or a final cleaning fee?
  • Upon conclusion of the contract, a booking fee of EUR 85,- (non-refundable) is to be paid within 14 days.

    When you move out of the apartment, a one-time final cleaning fee of EUR 140,- has to be paid.

  • 8) Can I still cancel after booking?
  • Yes, up to 14 days after conclusion of the contract a free withdrawal is possible.

  • 9) Can I establish a primary residence in the apartment?
  • For short-stays from 3 to 6 months, only a secondary residence can be established. For stays of 7 months or more, a primary residence can also be established.

  • 10) Is there parking and bicycle storage on site?
  • MyLounge has covered bicycle parking spaces which our tenants can use free of charge.

    Furthermore, MyLounge has a limited number of parking spaces, which can be booked on request for EUR 120,- / month.

  • 11) Can I rent dishes and bed linen?
  • It is possible to rent a dishes package for 1 person for EUR 23,- / month or for 2 persons for EUR 29,-/month  and/or a laundry package for EUR 21,- / month for one person.

  • 12) Are pets allowed in the apartment?
  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at MyLounge.

  • 13) Is there a balcony or terrace for use?
  • Some of our apartments have their own balcony or even a private roof terrace. All our apartment guests can also use the green common roof terrace. 

  • 14) How is the connection to the city center / to the countryside?
  • Only 100 meters away from our house there is the underground station U1 Rennbahnweg subway station, which takes you to the city center in about 15 minutes. In addition, there are also bus stations and a bicycle path in the immediate vicinity.

    With the underground station U1, the Danube Island can be reached in just a few minutes, which is perfect for fresh air refueling and outdoor sports.

  • 15) What additional benefits does the MyLounge location offer?
  • MicroStorage storage boxes for extra storage space, supermarket, electric charging station in front of the door and much more...
